This is the new reality internet applications must face in the AI era.
My conclusion is:
Internet applications should not be blindly AI-enabled. They should be AI-enabled by value. AI should not be treated as a feature, but as a production system. The goal should not be "AI everywhere," but "profit in every AI call."
The future software companies that survive will be the ones that turn AI from a showy feature into profitable intelligence infrastructure.
Otherwise, the profits software companies work hard to create will ultimately flow to GPUs, cloud vendors, model vendors, and data centers.
